Seeking a hands-on leader who connects the dots between business, technology, and people. This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in complexity. You turn plans into roadmaps, problems into projects, and ideas into outcomes.
đŻ Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in IT, telecom, public sector, health, education, and other complex domains.
- Design and execute programs from inception to deliveryâbudget, financials, scope, risk and outcomes included.
- Collaborate with sourcing, legal, security, and product teams to ensure compliance, quality, and sustained value.
- Build service offerings and scalable frameworks with repeatability and strategic alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levelsâfrom development teams to executive leadership.

đ Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of international experience across EMEA, LATAM, Nordics, Baltics & USA.
- Leadership in multimillion-euro programs and high-stakes digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, GxP, and cross-border compliance requirements.
- Masterâs degree in Project Management & Engineering, with proven expertise and advanced training in SAFe, TOGAF, and ITIL practices.
